At Practice to the People, I guide women through life’s transitions — from perimenopause and chronic pain to stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm — using a compassionate, whole-person approach.
I combine mindfulness, gentle movement, nutritional support, and trauma-aware practices to help you restore balance, reconnect with your body, and feel more like yourself again.
