A Lifelong Calling to Help People Heal
I’ve been a caretaker for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I was drawn to movement, health, and the quiet power of the body to transform — not just physically, but emotionally and energetically as well.
What started as a personal passion for fitness and body awareness has grown into over 30 years of dedicated study in how we move, feel, and heal. I’ve spent decades learning how to train the body to move more optimally, eat more intuitively, and live more fully — through every season of life.
My Path & Credentials
I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and my work is deeply rooted in holistic, whole-person wellness. Over the years, I’ve pursued extensive advanced training in:
- Yoga and somatic therapeutic movement
- Trauma-informed practices
- Myofascial release, neourokenetic therapy, reiki, and other mind/body-based healing modalities
- Nervous system regulation and mindfulness tools
Each of these practices has shaped the way I work — not just on the surface, but at the core. Because healing happens when we address the physical, emotional, and energetic systems together.
Why I Do This Work
My greatest joy is helping women come back into balance — to feel safe in their bodies, empowered in their choices, and connected to their own vitality.
