Whidbey Day Retreat- Autumn Equinox

Autumn equinox marks the shift from abundant light and longer days to the subtle shifts in nature towards slightly deeper hues, shorter days, and a richness of growth to be honored and harvested.

As the leaves reveal their most vibrant expressions of yellow, orange and red, we too are called to join this seasonal dance to fully honor life cycles in all of their magnificence.

Gather in nature on private acreage overlooking the Puget Sound with sounds of birds, wind and peace enveloping your spirit. Relax on your mat or sway in a hammock while you reflect on where you’ve been- and where you would like to take this next phase of life as it ripens with possibility.

Enjoy freedom to express, be seen, held and supported as you journey through ritual in community of like-minded humans with the desire to elevate and grow towards something more than what the modern world can offer.

This is your time to carve out your own path and way of being by practicing presence and cultivating growth that spills into the rest of the season.
