This class will combine breathwork/meditation and flow with varying themes and therapy ball work:

9/29 GROUNDING EARTH lower body including feet, legs and hips

10/13 LESSONS FROM NATURE side body, ribs, IT band

10/27 HEART OPENING chest, arms, hands, shoulders

11/24 DIGEST AND REST belly, diaphragm, digestive

12/15 GRATITUDE AND JOY full back from shoulders to hips
