Well Women Circle

Well Women

A gathering for women to nourish, reconnect, and remember the wisdom within, in community and acceptance.

For so much of our lives, women are asked to carry.

We carry responsibilities. The needs of others. Expectations, roles, and invisible loads that go unseen.

And somewhere along the way, many of us forget what it feels like to simply breathe.

Well Women is an invitation to pause, soften and exhale.

Not because everything in life is finished or perfectly resolved—but because we are learning that we don’t have to wait for life to become easier before we care for ourselves.

This is a space to set down what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your body, and receive nourishment from the inside out.

A gathering place for women in every season of life—whether you are cycling, navigating perimenopause or menopause, a mother, child-free, caring for others, receiving care, moving through transition, or simply longing for deeper connection and community.

This is not another class to attend or another thing to accomplish. This is an experience. It is a place to call home, to be seen and to witness with love. It is a time to be witnessed and supported through meaningful conversation, nervous system-regulating breathwork, meditation, restorative movement, and connection with other women.

Together, we explore the fullness of being human—the light and the shadows, the joys and the challenges, the parts of ourselves we embrace easily and the parts we are still learning to love.

We are no longer waiting to exhale- we are learning to exhale.

We are learning to listen inward, trust our own wisdom, and welcome all parts of ourselves with compassion and open arms.

Each gathering includes herbal tea thoughtfully chosen to support nervous system care and nourishing seasonal offerings to enjoy as we connect.

Come as you are.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You don’t have to hold it all together.

There is a place for you here.

Well Women

For every season of womanhood. A place to breathe, belong, and come home to yourself.
