This gathering has become a meaningful tradition over the years, hosted on private family land overlooking the beauty of the Puget Sound. Nestled on five peaceful acres, with open spaces to soak in the sun, shady places to rest, and the quiet presence of nature all around, this retreat is an invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
The Equinox is a powerful moment of balance—a time when light and dark meet. It offers us an opportunity to pause, reflect on the season behind us, honor where we are now, and set intentions for the path ahead.
This year’s experience will be a little different, with a more curated offering designed to nourish you from the inside out.
Together, we will move, breathe, reflect, share, and gather around a beautifully prepared Pacific Northwest-inspired meal. We will create space to honor who we have been, who we are becoming, and all the versions of ourselves we carry along the way.

12:30–1:30 PM | The Long Table: A Curated Pacific Northwest Lunch Experience
Gather around the table.
The long table represents nourishment, connection, and belonging. It is an invitation to meet ourselves and all the versions of who we have been—from the child we once were, to the person we are today, and the person we are still becoming.
Together, we will reflect on:
The experiences that shaped us
The ways we have grown and changed
The wisdom we carry now
The intentions we hold for the next chapter
Enjoy a thoughtfully curated Pacific Northwest-inspired lunch, along with a seasonal herbal tonic created to support and celebrate the experience.
2:00–3:00 PM | Immersive Sound Bath & Optional Healing Offerings
Sink into a deeply restorative sound journey with Kelly, designed to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and deep rest.
For those who feel called, there will also be opportunities to receive additional a la carte healing offerings such as:
Massage
Acupuncture
Reflexology
You may choose to reserve a private healing session, fully immerse yourself in the sound bath, or simply find a quiet place among the trees and receive the sounds from a peaceful, slightly secluded location in the woods.
There is no right way to receive.
You are invited to listen inward and choose what your body needs most—whether that is connection, stillness, restoration, or simply being held by the beauty of the land.
3:00 PM onward | Integration & Rest
Stay and linger.
Relax in a hammock, read tarot cards, explore essential oils, journal, connect with others, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
You’ll also receive a thoughtfully curated gift bag featuring local goodies and special offerings to take home as a reminder of your experience.
