Happy fall to all!
We sincerely hope you are taking in the gorgeous last bit of summer AND enjoying the gorgeous transition to fall here in the PNW. Fall is a time to begin to come back down to earth- to begin to transition away from our previous seasonal state of energetic adventure and heat- we are ready to be calmer, more centered and much more grounded.
Our next offering will focus on grounding for your entire being-
*Beginning with the physical aspects of grounding we will move into yoga poses and breathing techniques which bolster the functions which aim to literally calm, center and downregulate our nervous systems. This is a physical practice suitable for all levels. {given you are able to get up and down from the floor.}
*Adding onto the practice we will tune into to the deeper layers of ourSELVES and create a mantra around the theme of connecting to earth, our own inner peace. and allowing the seasonal transition to occur without resistance to the nature occurring all around and within us.
*To further the sensory experience light aromatherapy for grounding will be flowing throughout the practice.
*All of this will lead to you winding down with ease into a supported restorative shavasana, during which you will receive hands- on massage adjustments, and an acupuncture (*or acupressure) treatment from licensed acupuncturist Tara Cameron.
It is incredible mind, body, and spirit medicine when all of these healing practices are incorporated together in one practice. Acupuncture is something so powerful when used as a stand-alone treatment- and the benefits extend far beyond when your body is primed and ready to receive.
The space-Sangha Yoga in Seattle is an energetic AND physical breath of fresh air, it is truly a space to feel safe, supported and free to be yourself.
To support our well-being in such and profound ways is a gift we all should be doing self care like this more regularly. Here is your chance to jumpstart your fall/winter wellness regimen!
Investment: $75
Looking forward to sharing this unique gift with you!
